Over the next three Thursdays we will be releasing three versions of our latest sour. It is the second beer in our Kettle Sour Brett Experimental series (previous beer released at 2016 MBG Summer Session). This beer was brewed in November and has been fermenting and aging for the last nine months. It uses Lactobacillus and two different Brett blends containing 24+ separate isolated brettanomyces strains. This produced an extremely flavorful beer we are proud to bring to you in its natural form this Thursday in our taproom exclusively. The following two Thursdays will see the release of this same beer blended with raspberries (Aug 10) and blueberries (Aug 17). This was a very small batch and we only have 1 keg of each so don't wait on these as they will not last long!! Cheers!
